Statewide Assessments

  • This year we are adding the FAST assessment for English 1 and English 2. This replaces the FSA for students enrolled in that course for the first time. No other changes are made to the testing program for the 2022-2023 school year.
  • The administration of ELLs, FSA, FSAA, FCAT 2.0 Science, and the EOCs will stay the same.
  • The Florida Civics Literacy Exam (FCLE) will be administered to students enrolled in US Government courses as scheduled.
  • EOCs will be included in the student’s grade as in the past (also outlined in the SPP).
  • Graduation and promotion requirements remain in effect.
  • For the 2022-2023 school year, we will transition to the B.E.S.T. standards. Graduation and promotion requirements will be addressed by the state assessment (details not determined at this point). Other details remain to be determined.

How to Access Test Results

FSA/EOC scores from end of year testing in May have been received from the Department of Education.

Parents can access their child’s test results through the District’s secure parent portal.  If you do not already have a parent portal account, you can create one by following the directions that are linked here.  Please note that you must have a valid email address and the student’s birth date must be on record with Pasco County Schools to create the account.

Parents with existing parent accounts should log on to the following  site, http://www.pasco.k12.fl.us/parents and select Check Grades/Attendance.  The log-in screen will appear.  Once you log in, you will see your child’s picture/first name on the left-hand side of the screen.  Click on your child’s name and choose Test History.  A list of the state tests that your child has taken will appear.  To view the results of a specific test, click on the light gray arrow to the right of the name of the test.  The test results will appear.  Results from Statewide Assessment from the 2022 school year can be found by on that page by clicking the following image thereon:
